Hilary Anniss

About Hilary

Hilary is a compassionate health professional with 20 years of experience. She has worked across a variety of settings, both in England and NSW, including hospitals, private practice and multidisciplinary settings. This has allowed her to be adaptable to not only the requirements of the client and their condition, but also to the circumstances at hand.

​

Hilary’s passion is to educate and empower clients to use exercise for medicine and make changes to their lifestyle that will affect their quality of life for years to come.

​

Her experience has encompassed chronic disease management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, multidisciplinary chronic pain and diabetes programs, nutrition intervention as well as specialising in occupational rehabilitation, both as an Exercise Physiologist and Rehabilitation Consultant. She understands the importance of a multifaceted approach to achieving goals for all concerned.

​

Hilary has a special interest in endocrine diseases such as osteoporosis, diabetes and PCOS, weight training for perimenopause/menopause and Pilates for injuries and chronic health conditions.

​

When not working you might find Hilary running around after her 3 kids, enjoying family time bike riding, paddle boarding or swimming.

Jordan Walker 

Exercise Physiologist

B.ExSci, M.ClinExPhys, ESSAM AEP

About Jordan

Jordan graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science and a Master's Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Charles Sturt University.

 

Jordan treats a wide range of conditions through different schemes such as workers compensation, Medicare, private health, DVA, aged care and NDIS both in the clinic and in their homes.  

 

Jordan has a special interest in musculoskeletal and mental health conditions, focusing on knee and back conditions, and depression and anxiety with clients of all ages.

 

Jordan's passion is to educate clients on the importance of exercising and its effects on all facets of life. The most rewarding part of his job is seeing the smiles on all his client's faces as they come through the door and hearing their success stories.

 

When not working you will find Jordan working on his house, either painting walls or himself, or playing with his Pomeranian, Bear. 

Kristy Stone

Exercise Physiologist

BAppSc Ex&SpSc (USYD) AEP AES ESSAM

About Kristy

Kristy brings over 20 years of experience in chronic and complex pain management, injury rehabilitation, and workplace health. She has worked extensively in multidisciplinary settings, integrating psychology and pain medicine into her evidence-based, person-centred approach.

​

Kristy is known for her holistic, biopsychosocial model of care. She has worked across Workers Compensation, CTP Insurance, Defence, DVA, disability, private practice, and corporate health.

​

An active member of the Australian Pain Society, Kristy is also passionate about education and mentoring, having delivered training through ESSA and workplace health programs.

​

Her areas of expertise include chronic pain management, injury prevention and rehabilitation, concussion management, hydrotherapy, and mental health support through exercise.

​

When not working, Kristy is a beekeeper, plays the euphonium and trombone, is a true crime enthusiast, and enjoys going to the theatre and seeing live music.

Paige Harker

Exercise Scientist

About Paige

Paige has completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2024 and is pursuing her Masters Degree of Exercise Physiology at Newcastle University.

​

As she is completing her degree, Paige has a passion for working with NDIS and is learning how to empower and educate clients guiding them toward sustainable lifestyle changes that improve their long-term well-being.

​

Paige has a special interest in Pilates and looks forward to beginning formal training soon to incorporate it into her practice.

​

When not working you might catch Paige planning her next travel, on a run towards her next marathon or exploring new coffee shops reading a good book.

Macey Creighton

Admin/ Allied Health Assistant

About Macey

Macey has joined the Body Concepts Exercise Physiology team as an admin/ allied health assistant.

​

Macey is in her final year of a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Newcastle and is planning to start her Masters of Exercise Physiology in 2026.

​

She is excited to gain experience and learn more whilst working at Body Concepts.

​

When not at work, you'll find Macey hanging out with her family and friends, or at Pilates.
