Regardless of your injury, illness or disability, we offer simple, functional, personalised exercise programs, lifestyle modifications and education to address your specific needs and conditions.

Subsided Exercise Physiology services can be offered through:

Chronic Disease Management Plan from your GP

Private Health fund (health fund rebates may be applicable to individual sessions and small group sessions/classes. You can contact your health insurance provider if you are unsure of your health insurance cover)
