Diabetes currently affects more than one million Australians. Being diagnosed with diabetes can be discouraging to say the least, but there are many actions that you can take to help your condition.

  • BEAT IT is a group based program, giving you the benefits of exercising with people just like you, and allowing you to motivate and support each other along the way.

  • Teamed with the physical aspect of the course are education sessions which provide participants with fantastic information for a wholistic healthier lifestyle and a take home booklet.

  • These classes are aimed at individuals of all levels, with the goal of helping people and their living with diabetes or at risk of diabetes to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle.

All participants in group classes are required to complete a pre-screening initial assessment.
