We run 25 classes every week, each carefully programmed and supervised by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. Every session is tailored to suit your individual health conditions, goals, and physical abilities—so you get the benefits of a personalised program with the added motivation of a group setting.

YRU - YOUNG AND THE REST OF US
The program is designed for inactive Australians aged 55 and over who are looking to improve their health in a safe and supportive environment. These circuit-based classes focus on key areas such as mobility, cardiovascular fitness, strength, and balance, helping you stay active, independent, and confident in everyday life.
CORRECTIVE MEASURES
Individualised exercise programs tailored to your specific condition, needs, and goals. Common conditions supported in this class include osteoarthritis, recovery from hip or knee replacements, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), and diabetes. Sessions incorporate Pilates-based equipment, including Reformers and small equipment, to help improve strength, mobility, and function in a controlled and supportive environment.
MOVE FOR LIFE
A dynamic circuit-based class suitable for all ages and fitness levels, combining cardio, strength, mobility, and balance to support overall fitness and functional movement within a supportive and motivating environment.
WORTH THE WEIGHTS
Worth the Weights is a friendly, strength-based exercise program designed to help you build stronger bones, improve balance, and boost confidence in movement. Perfect for those with osteoporosis, osteopenia, early menopause, or anyone taking medications that may affect bone density, this class offers a supportive environment where you can exercise safely and effectively with expert guidance.
