NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME
BCEP provide Exercise Physiology under the National Disability Scheme (NDIS) for those who are self-managed or plan managed. At BCEP we take the time to understand each participant and how their disability affects their health and quality of life. Our goal is to assist participants to work toward their NDIS goals through participation in regular, structured, and safe exercise.

Exercise Physiology can assist in improving overall quality of life through:

Improving physical function to increase the ability to complete activities of daily living

Managing psychological and intellectual health conditions

Increasing social and community engagements
-
Reducing the risk of developing co-morbidities

Exercise Physiology services can include both Individual and or Group Supervised Exercise Physiology sessions targeting the needs and goals of the individual and their condition. Sessions can be conducted:

in our air conditioned purpose built clinic in Cardiff, NSW
-
in the client's home in Lake Macquarie or Newcastle
-
your local hydrotherapy pool

in the community

Exercise Physiology can be claimed under the 'Improved Health and Wellbeing' or ‘Improved Daily Living’ for those with a permanent disability, where that disability impacts their ability to perform daily activities.
