Core Circuit Pilates – Full Body, All Equipment

Want variety and challenge in every session? Our Studio Circuit Pilates classes are designed to keep you moving and motivated. In these circuit-based classes you’ll rotate through stations using all of our Pilates equipment:

  • Reformer

  • Trapeze Table

  • Wunda Chair

  • Small props and more

 

These sessions are:

  • Energetic and fun

  • Great for building total-body strength and mobility

  • Suitable for all levels with modifications available
