Cancellation Policy

At BCEP, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. Your appointment time is exclusively scheduled to best accommodate your needs. We do our best to make sure that we run on time and make each appointment valuable and we ask for the same courtesy from our clients.

Additionally, we will make every effort to maximise the available times for our clients. To do so, we may, on occasion, contact clients to move their appointment, if convenient. By the same token, if you find that you have schedule change that conflicts with your previously scheduled appointment, we encourage you to contact us as quickly as possible so we can best help amend your appointment.

Our Policy:

  • 2 business days' notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 2 business days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client in need.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows: Cancellations made with less than 2 business days' notice, or no-shows, will incur a late cancellation fee. ​

Why This Matters:

We value your time and commitment to your health journey. When appointments are missed or cancelled last-minute, it impacts both your progress and the care we can provide to others. By following this policy, we can ensure that all clients receive the attention and support they deserve.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 02 407 527 50 or via email at admin@bcep-atune.com.au and we’ll be happy to assist you at your earliest convenience

Refund Policy 

The sale of a pass is valid for 3 months from time of purchase and are not refundable.

Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers purchased from BCEP are limited to the current dollar value, or service held on the voucher and are not redeemable for cash. Left over credit from gift voucher will remain on clients profile to be used towards other services.

Parent Waiver & Release of Liability for Minors

We understand that sometimes you need to bring your children along to appointments, we have taken the following actions to help protect both our studio, and your littles ones. Our Parent Waiver and Release of Liability for Minors which states that children’s safety whilst in the clinic and gym will remain the responsibility of you, their parent/guardian.

Our team will assist where we can with childminding, however our primary role is to teach the class, and provide supervised exercise programming. For the safety and hygiene of your fellow class member please be considerate of any food/drink brought into the clinic for your child to  prevent spillage on  the studio floor. Thank you in advance for your co-operation and understanding with our policies.
